A major redesign of the web site: Update of the content, remove broken hyperlinks, update the look and feel of the website. The Toolbook samples have been updated so that they will run in the latest browsers, but their content has not been updated. There is still significant work to do on the content of some of the web site pages, especially in the sections: "Aspects of eLearning", "Innovative eLearning", "Affordable eLearning" and "eLearning Service".
